  • Visual Communications (iDesign),

  • Video Productions 2: Broadcast Journalism (PACK TV)
  • Career Choices
The top 3 classes counts as a CTE Occupational Ed or ART Credit.  If you take the series of Interactive Media classes you are eligible to receive an Interactive Media Certificate of Completion upon graduation from Black Hills High School.  If you enrolled in Career Choices., you can count it as an Occupational Ed credit and you are also eligible to earn credits for work outside of the classroom.
If we take this journey on line or in person this year, you will be provided ample opportunities to grow your 21st Century Skills both in and outside of the classroom.   We will continue to build and model a respectful and kind culture in class and on line. "If you are doing things that build people up and affirm their humanity, we support that. Welcome To My Animated Classroom
We ARE a CTE STEAM Program. STEAM is curriculum based on educating students in five  disciplines — science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. Rather than teach the five disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, STEM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications.

Career Technical Education (CTE) is an educational model that aligns secondary and postsecondary education to labor market demand, and provides students with the technical, academic and employability knowledge and skills they need for success. Put simply — CTE prepares students for the career of their choice.
